1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Pixelpix Studio LLC, including branding, logo design, packaging, motion graphics, landing page design, and digital creative services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of creative and digital design services, including but not limited to:

• Logo & Icon Design
• Branding & Visual Identity
• Social Media Graphics & Digital Assets
• Landing Page & UI Design
• Animated Motion & Motion Graphics

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and expectations will be defined clearly through proposals, invoices, or written agreements.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are as stated in proposals, packages, or invoices.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for additional services requested.

4. Intellectual Property

• All design concepts, drafts, and files remain the property of Pixelpix Studio LLC until full payment is received.
• Once full payment is made, final approved deliverables become the property of the client.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project details, brand assets, references, and content.
• Respond promptly to messages, feedback requests, and approval steps.
• Ensure that any provided materials do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

6. Revisions and Approvals

• Revisions are provided based on the package or project scope.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional fees.
• Client approval is required to move to each project phase. Delays in providing approvals may extend the project timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixelpix Studio LLCis not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services or deliverables
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our designs

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• Clients may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing.
• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• Partial refunds may be provided for incomplete work at our discretion.
